MoU Signing and Certificate Distribution of Skill Course undertaken by NCWEB students of Delhi University (September 14, 2022)

University of Delhi and ICT Academy signed a memorandum of understanding with Delhi University Computer Centre to offer Skill based and Employment based courses . Along with the signing of MOU, certificate distribution to the girl students of Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) on successful completion of 75 hours of Banking and Financial Literacy program was also held. This program was organized in joint collaboration of NCWEB , DUCC and ICT Academy in the field of Banking and Finance Industry.

In the program held at the Convention Hall of Delhi University, Dr. Vikas Gupta, Registrar, University of Delhi, Professor Balram Pani (Dean of Colleges , DU), Prof. Sanjeev Singh (Director DUCC, DU) and Mr. Raghav Shree Niwas (Head of ICT Academy) , Prof. Ratnabali, (Dean Academics, DU) ,Prof. Geeta Bhatt (Director, NCWEB) were present. The MOU was signed between the Registrar Dr. Vikas Gupta and Mr. Raghav Shriniwas. The program began with a welcome speech by Prof. Geeta Bhatt . The Registrar Dr. Vikas Gupta expounded the importance of women’s education. Prof. Sanjeev explained the importance of computer knowledge to the present need and motivated the girl students for technical literacy. mr. Raghav Shri Niwas, National Head, Education Initiative, ICT Academy encouraged the girl students and urged them to join other courses of the Academy in future and also assured all kind of cooperation . Prof. Ratnavali threw light on the current scenario of women’s education and technical support required for the same. 06 NCWEB students have already been given placement in reputed organizations after successful completion of the course.

The certificates were distributed to the students by the guests and in the end Prof. Sanjeev Singh proposed a vote of thanks to all.
