The IT Service Catalogue is the complete collection of all IT services that we provide.
Organised alphabetically by thematic area, the subsequent entry for each individual service gives details of its features, who is eligible to use the service, the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place, the hours during which we provide support for the service, plus access information.
