• System fundamentals and virtualization
• Cybersecurity frameworks and attack matrices
• Network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs
• Web and mobile application security
• Cloud security and data centre security
• Network analysis and monitoring (Wireshark, NMAP)
• Cryptography, digital certificates, and cryptographic attacks
• Secure coding practices and vulnerability scanning tools (Burp Suite, Nikto, WPScan, etc.)

A Workshop on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) was successfully conducted by the Delhi University Computer Centre (DUCC) for newly joined Faculty Members and Administrative Employees on 28 January 2026.

The workshop focused on familiarizing participants with GeM portal procedures. The University of Delhi carries out procurements through GeM in accordance with Government of India guidelines.

03:00 PM – 04:30 PM: AC/DC Module followed by Hands-on Session
This session will provide an overview of the AC/DC Module and demonstrate its capabilities through various examples, followed by a hands-on practice segment.

Delhi University, in collaboration with I4C, Ministry of Home Affairs, successfully concluded "Cyber Satarkata", a month-long cybersecurity awareness campaign, with a vibrant valedictory event featuring expert insights from the Ministry of Home Affairs and CERT-In. The initiative reached the DU community with more than 1.32 crore cyber-awareness emails, empowering students and staff to tackle rising online threats through informed and responsible digital practices.

During the grand finale, DU leadership shared their insights on Cyber Suraksha, strengthening the message of digital hygiene. The event included expert talks, a showcase of the winning student film, and prize distribution—reinforcing the crucial call to “Think Before You Click.”
